Columbia Grafonola is a an early XX Century American mechanical instrument - a graphophone utilized to reproduce sound recorded on phonograph disc record, a medium used for music reproduction during that era. Grafonola derives its name from an internal horn disc Graphophone, which was introduced in 1907 and was mass produced by Columbia Graphophone Company.
