A Lifetime Member of Bangladesh Economic Association (BEA). A young Economist and Columnist with immense interest in policy advocacy, sectorial engagement, and researching topics related to Fiscal Policy, Monetary Policy, Digital Economy, Government Affairs, Development Economics, Political Economy, Foreign Policy, Comparative Politics, International Trade Laws and Regulations, Country and Industrial Competitiveness, Tariff, Non-Tariff and Para-Tariff Barriers.
I had an active role in providing input to the government while reforming Bangladesh's Export Policy, Import Policy Order, Overseas Investment Policy (Draft), Labour Law Amendment, SME Policy, and Paperless Trade Agreement ratification by Bangladesh at the World Trade Organization.
My current project is to evaluate the business performance of the CMSME Sector and Bangladeshi ICT Firms by observing the COVID-19 situation, post-LDC regime, and IR4.0. I am also taking part in policy advocacy proactively with foreign missions located in Bangladesh to secure the national economic and sectorial interests, which are also visible in the news on a regular basis.
I have recently contributed to the digitalization policy of LDCs, LLDCs, SIDs under the UNESCAP and the UN Technology Bank.
