Egill H. Bragason.

Born in Reykjavik, Iceland, I graduated from the University of Iceland with a B.A. in general psychology, and from the University of Aarhus, Denmark, with a M.Sc. and a Ph.D. in industrial psychology. My interests include literature, photography and music. I worked as a newspaper reporter and news photographer for a number of years and have also taught at various school levels. I have written book reviews in the field of qualitative research methodology for a former biannual publication called the Newsletter for Qualitative Research, published by the Center for Qualitative Research Methods, at the Institute of Psychology, University of Aarhus. I did research for my Master's degree at the Bang & Olufsen Electronics Co. in Struer, Denmark, and research for my Ph.D. thesis in the sugar industry at the Khumpawapi Sugar Co. Ltd. In Udon Thani province, N.E. Thailand. In the field of industrial and organizational psychology, my main interests are leadership styles, job satisfaction, work motivation and MOW (meaning of work).
