I started the Utah State Legislature Project to increase the quantity and quality of Wikipedia articles on the Utah State Legislature by creating quality articles for each State Representative and Senator and for each state legislative district. This is a personal project but others may participate by creating, expanding, and editing these articles to help me improve Wikipedia articles related to the Utah Legislature.

1st Utah Senate District The 1st Utah Senate District is located in Salt Lake County and includes Utah House Districts 20, 22, 23, 26, 29, 31 and 33. The current State Senator representing the 1st district is Fred Fife. Fife was elected to the Utah Senate in 2005 and is up for re-election in 2008.
