This article will present a list of the monthly results from the anti-corruption drive by the National Anticorruption Directorate in Romania. The judgements and resulting convictions are definitive and cannot be appealed.

editA total of 38 judgements were handed out which convicted 141 defendants, which included: 6 prosecutors (incl. a former CSM counsellor), 1 judge, 2 police officers, president of the Chamber of Commerce, 60 employees of the Moraviţa Customs office, 5 teachers (Baccalaureate exam), a general manager of a state-owned company, president of a state funds equity company, etc.[1]
The sentences imposed against the 141 defendants are between an 18,000 lei criminal fine and 8 years imprisonment.

editA total of 30 judgements were handed out which convicted 66 defendants, which included: 1 prosecutor, 1 judge, 3 mayors (1 city, 1 Bucharest district, 1 commune), 1 deputy mayor of a city, 1 police officer, 1 ISU officer, 2 road inspectors, 1 customs official, etc.[2]
The sentences imposed against the 66 defendants are between a 3,400 lei criminal fine and 11 years imprisonment.
