Humanitarian Openstreetmap Team United States Inc. a.k.a., is a USA-based NGO. It is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization. HOT is dedicated to humanitarian action and community development through open mapping.

HOT contributes heavily to OpenStreetMap#Humanitarian aid, but considering that other humanitarian initiatives may contribute to OSM on the same grounds, and that HOT is not OSM, this page describes HOT.
