BIOGRAPHY

David Chandler Thomas, Ph.D. is a professor of economics at Ball State University.[1]He had a former career in Washington DC as executive director of the software industry association(SIIA formerly the SPA)[2]and EVP of corporate development at the Technology Association of America (TechAmerica). Prior to this role, David was founder and CEO of several Silicon Valley startups including Sage Intacct.[3] [4]
