Doyle Owen Welborn (born September 9, 1964) is a Substance Abuse Counselor who currently works at the Richard P. LeBlanc Unit, a minimum security prison located in Beaumont, Texas. Born in Beaumont, Welborn currently resides in Kountze, Texas, with his wife Debra, and his son Jacob. Welborn has a Master of Science degree in Psychology, and is a certified Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor.
