State Route 253 (SR 253, OH 253) is a very short east–west state highway in the southern part of the U.S. state of Ohio. With an overall length of just 0.56 miles (900 m), the majority of SR 253 is a part of the Jesse Stuart Memorial Bridge, which crosses over the Ohio River near Franklin Furnace. The western terminus of SR 253 is at about the midspan of the bridge, where it crosses the Kentucky State Line and becomes Kentucky Route 10 (KY 10). The eastern terminus of the highway is at a diamond interchange with U.S. Route 52 (US 52) near the eastern landing of the Ohio River crossing. The current SR 253 was established in the late 1980s. However, an earlier version of the highway existed in the Medina vicinity from the early 1920s until the late 1950s.

State Route 319 (SR 319, OH 319) is a very short, two-lane state highway in the western portion of the U.S. state of Ohio. A spur route, SR 319 has its western terminus at an abandoned railroad grade just west of Washington Street in the village of Burkettsville. Its eastern terminus is 0.56 miles (900 m) to the east of its western terminus at its junction with SR 118. SR 319 was established in the early 1930s. It started out as a much longer highway, but earlier segments would become a part of SR 118 in the late 1930s.

State Route 358 (SR 358, OH 358) is a 0.92-mile (1.48 km) long north–south state highway in the northern portion of the U.S. state of Ohio. The southern terminus of SR 358 is at a T-intersection with SR 163 nearly 5.75 miles (9.25 km) east of Oak Harbor, just north of the Portage River. Its northern terminus is at SR 2 at an intersection just outside of Camp Perry about 3.50 miles (5.63 km) west of Port Clinton.
This two-lane state highway was created in the middle of the 1930s. Throughout its history, the primary purpose of SR 358 has been to provide state highway access to Camp Perry. Today, it also provides access from SR 2 eastbound to SR 163, as well as from SR 163 to SR 2 westbound, as an interchange between the two routes approximately 1 mile (1.6 km) to the east does not allow for those connections. The entire length is SR 163 is a part of the Lake Erie Circle Tour.

State Route 365 (SR 365, OH 365) is a very short two-lane east–west state highway in western Ohio. Its western terminus is at a T-intersection with the SR 235/SR 366 concurrency one mile (1.6 km) north of the village of Lakeview. After running east and south for less than 980 feet (300 m), the highway arrives at its eastern terminus in Indian Lake State Park, serving a boat launch on the western shore of Indian Lake.
This spur route was created in 1934, and runs exclusively in Logan County. At a length of just 0.16 miles (260 m), SR 365 is one of the shortest state highways in Ohio.

State Route 371 (SR 371, OH 371) is very short north–south state highway in the south central portion of Ohio. Its southern terminus is at a ranger station in Shawnee State Park, and its northern terminus is at State Route 73 approximately 6 miles (9.7 km) southeast of Otway.
Created in the mid-1930s, this two-lane spur highway, whose entire length is just 0.40 miles (640 m), provides access to Shawnee State Park from State Route 73.

State Route 372 (SR 372, OH 372) is a very short, two-lane east–west state highway in the southern part of the U.S. state of Ohio. The western terminus of this spur route is at a T-intersection with the duplex of U.S. Route 23 (US 23) and SR 104 about 6.50 miles (10.46 km) north of Waverly. Its eastern terminus is just 0.68 miles (1.09 km) to the east of that point at the boundary of Scioto Trail State Forest. Continuing east of that point is Stoney Creek Road, which traverses through the state forest in the direction of the Scioto River. From its inception in the middle of the 1930s, the primary function of SR 372 has been to provide access to the state forest from the state highway system.

State Route 527 is a north–south state highway in the southern portion of the U.S. state of Ohio. Its southern terminus is at the Ohio River in Chesapeake, where the Robert C. Byrd Bridge carries travelers across to Huntington, West Virginia. Its northern terminus is at State Route 7 at the partially completed Chesapeake bypass just northeast of the Chesapeake corporation limits. State Route 527 is one of the few state routes in Ohio that connects to the same numbered route in a neighboring state, becoming West Virginia Route 527.

State Route 633 (SR 633) is a short north–south state highway in the northeastern portion of the U.S. state of Ohio. Occupying a portion of Lloyd Road, SR 633 has its southern terminus at a signalized intersection with U.S. Route 20 (US 20) in Wickliffe. Its northern terminus is also in Wickliffe, but at a signalized intersection with Lakeland Boulevard (former SR 2), which provides access to current SR 2 freeway by way of a trumpet interchange just to the east. SR 633 was designated in 1946, and its routing has not changed since.

Situated within the southern end of the Zanesville vicinity, State Route 719 is a four-lane undivided route whose primary purpose is to connect the concurrency of U.S. Route 22 and State Route 93 at its western end with State Route 555 at its eastern end, which, in turn, meets State Route 60 just across the Muskingum River from State Route 719's eastern terminus.

State Route 767 is a north–south state highway in the eastern portion of the U.S. state of Ohio. Its southern terminus is at an exit ramp on State Route 7 in Bridgeport. The route serves as a connector from northbound State Route 7 to State Route 7 Alternate, U.S. Route 40, and U.S. Route 250. The route’s northern terminus is where these U.S. routes overlap eastbound to cross the Ohio River into West Virginia. State Route 7 Alternate serves as a connector for all of these routes to Interstate 70.

State Route 778 (SR 778, OH 778) is a very short north–south state highway in northern Ohio. The southern terminus of SR 778 is at SR 101 approximately 9 miles (14 km) northeast of Tiffin. The highway's northern terminus is at SR 19 about 3 miles (4.8 km) south of Green Springs. The route was created in 1942 and has not changed since.

State Route 797 (SR 797) is a very short, unsigned north–south state highway in the eastern portion of the U.S. state of Ohio. State Route 797 runs from its southern terminus at the U.S. Route 22/U.S. Route 40 duplex about 4.75 miles (7.64 km) northeast of Zanesville to its northern terminus less than 0.40 miles (640 m) to the northwest at Interstate 70 at its Exit 160, a diamond interchange.
State Route 797 was created in the middle of the 1940s. For most of its history, this two-lane highway was a spur route that served to connect Zanesville Municipal Airport to the state highway system, specifically U.S. Route 22/U.S. Route 40, in the eastern half of Muskingum County. The highway was extended slightly to the northwest in the mid-1960s when Interstate 70 was opened in the vicinity. However, in the early 2000s, maintenance of the portion of State Route 797 between U.S. Route 22/U.S. Route 40 and Zanesville Municipal Airport was transferred from state control to Muskingum County. As a result, today State Route 797 only exists in the short stretch of roadway between U.S. Route 22/U.S. Route 40 and Interstate 70.

State Route 807 (SR 807, OH 807) is a 0.42-mile (680 m) long north–south state highway in the southeastern portion of the U.S. state of Ohio. The route serves as the Ohio connection between the Hi Carpenter Memorial Bridge and SR 7 approximately 14 miles (23 km) east of Marietta near the census-designated place of Newport.
The entire length of the route is U-shaped, which leads to a peculiarity in how its directions are signed. The Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) considers the northern end of the route to be at the West Virginia state line on the Hi Carpenter Memorial Bridge, where the route continues as unsigned West Virginia Route 807 (WV 807). The signed southern end of the route at a T-intersection with SR 7 is actually just north of the other terminus.

State Route 822 (SR 822, OH 822) is an unsigned east–west state highway in the eastern portion of the U.S. state of Ohio. The short route was designated in 1990. Its western terminus is at the intersection of 7th Street and the on-/off-ramps for U.S. Route 22 (US 22), where it serves as a connection between the U.S. Route and SR 7, the route's eastern terminus. The whole route is in Steubenville, after multiple trunctations due to the demolition of Fort Steuben Bridge.

Its southern terminus is at the Kentucky state line on the Carl Perkins Memorial Bridge over the Ohio River near Portsmouth, and its northern terminus is at an interchange with the State Route 73/State Route 104 concurrency, just north of a complex interchange with U.S. Route 52 about 1.75 miles (2.82 km) west of Portsmouth.

State Route 872 (SR 872, OH 872) is an extremely short east-west state highway in southeastern Ohio. Its primary function is to connect State Route 7 with the Moundsville Bridge over the Ohio River near Shadyside. The highway comes to an end on the bridge at the West Virginia state line, where it connects to an unsigned spur route that goes on to meet West Virginia Route 2 at the east end of the bridge in Moundsville, West Virginia. This four-lane route is less than 0.75 mile (1.21 km) in length.
