Vladimir Vitkovsky is a Russian artist. He was born on August 25, 1950 in Russia. In 1989 Vladimir Vitkovsky emigrated from the Soviet Union, and his art began to receive international recognition. He now lives in San Francisco, California. He has a gallery near Ghirardelli square. The web address for his gallery is www.vitkovskyfineart.com. Vitkovsky is a winner of many international art competitions.
