The Civil Code of Annam (Vietnamese: Bộ luật dân sự Trung Kỳ; French: Code civil de l'Annam), officially the Hoàng Việt Trung Kỳ hộ luật (Hán tự: 皇越中圻戶律), was the main civil code of the French protectorate of Annam, French Indochina and was enacted by the Bảo Đại Emperor in the year 1936 (Bảo Đại 11). It replaced the earlier Hoàng Việt luật lệ (皇越律例) based on Traditional Chinese law.
