Bangladesh has a 480 kilometres coast along Bay of Bengal.[1] Bangladesh is situated in east of Indian Subcontinent. It is among most densely populated countries in the world. Bangladesh is situated in deltaic region of Ganges, Brahmaputra and Padma rivers. Deltaic region of Bangladesh is the largest delta in the world. Coast of Bangladesh is along Bay of Bengal in south and south-eastern side of the country.[2]

Impacts of climate changes edit

Bangladesh is prone to climate change, specially coastal areas of the country. Levels of atmospheric carbon dioxikde is increasing in Bangladesh, which is destroying crops and is causing unexpected changes in the country.[3]
