The Supreme Bench of Baltimore City was a trial court in the state court system in the U.S. state of Maryland, serving the City of Baltimore (8th Judicial Circuit). It was established under the Constitution of Maryland of 1867 and was one of six courts established for the city under the 1867 Constitution. It was equivalent to the circuit courts elsewhere in the state.
It was merged into the Baltimore City Circuit Court by a state constitutional amendment passed by the voters in 1980 and taking effect in 1983.
