Darrin George White is an artist, arts administrator, arts issues blogger and activist[1], and arts consultant based Atlantic Canada. He has been the Executive Director[2] for the Prince Edward Island Council of the Arts (PEICA) since March 2004.

White was the creator of the Harper/Nope poster[3], inspired by the "Hope" poster created by Los Angeles street artist Shepard Fairey that saw circulation following the innauguration of Barack Obama in January, 2009.

Darrin currently resides in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, Canada with his wife, artist Gail Hodder and two children.
