This notice is transcluded onto the talk pages of IP addresses I've edited from which are listed at User:Dinoguy1000/Vetted IP edits, in order to aid with proper attribution of edits and to (hopefully) qualm any confusion as to who that "well-informed and verbose" IP address probably is.
