Frank Raymond Serafine (born March 10, 1988) is an American multi-instrumentalist, composer and music producer.

Since 2003, Frank has been writing and producing his version of "instrumetal" songs, combining metal and progressive acoustic music. He also plays the bass guitar, piano, and can drum. He uses shred guitar technique in his compositions as well.
