I am a Catholic, not just a cultural catholic, but I am an Irish Catholic. I have a great devotion to Mary.
Hail Mary, full of grace! The Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou amoung women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners now and at the hour of our death. Amen.
Hail Holy Queen, Mother of Mercy, our life our sweetness and our hope! To thee do we cry poor banished children of Eve. To thee do we send up our sighs mournings and weepings in this valley of tears. Turn then most gracious Advocate. Thine eyes of mercy towards us, and after this our exile show unto us the most blessed fruit of thy womb, Jesus! O Clement, O loving, O sweet Virgin Mary!
Remeber O most gracious Virgin Mary, that never was it known that anyone who fled to thy protection, imployed thy help, or sought thy intercession was left unaided. Inspired by this confidence I fly unto thee, O Vigin of Vigin my Mother. To thee I come before thee I stand sinfull and sorroful. O Mother of the Word Incarnate, dispise not my petitions but hear and answer me. Amen.
