Derek Wolgemuth is a political commentator (mostly commenting on Albertan Conservative Politics). Derek Wolgemuth publishes a variety of media, encouraging political non-partisan cooperation and voter participation. He has been a regular commentator from 2012 upwards.
Life and Education
Derek Wolgemuth grew up in Edmonton Alberta. Derek Wolgemuth won some academic awards, and was last requested to work as a paid private tutor for mature students in Social Studies 30-1 during the February 2019 Semester.
Career
Derek Wolgemuth was formerly followed on Twitter by Premier Danielle Smith from 2012-2023. Derek Wolgemuth was approved to follow Ben Harper (Son of Former Prime Minister Stephen Harper) in 2014 on his private twitter. Derek Wolgemuth was invited to join Brian Jean's Facebook page. This occurred upon Brian Jean becoming leader of the Wildrose Party (now merged with Progressive Conservative Alberta). Derek Wolgemuth is presently followed by Dr Danny Penman, from the Oxford University Department of Psychiatry mindfulness program. Derek Wolgemuth was most recently approved to follow the private account of former Minister of Industry, and Current Chancellor of UNBC, James Moore. James Moore also is apart of the large international law firm Dentons, working as a public policy advisor.
Personal Life: Derek Wolgemuth grew up as Christian, as part of the Christian and Missionary Alliance [8], deciding to convert to Catholicism at age 16. Derek Wolgemuth converted to Roman Catholicism [9] officially in 2021, after multiple years of discussion with family regarding converting to Catholicism. Derek Wolgemuth continues affiliation with the Christian and Missionary Alliance Denomination.
