Der.Gray has been a long term information addict and lover of Wikipedia. And is just noticing there are too many userboxes on this page. I'll be fixing this page as I get the time. In the meantime say something on my talk page.
Der.Gray (talk) 03:06, 18 January 2010 (UTC)
I first became an active editor here locally on Wikipedia in late 2006. Originally only making edits to music, sports, and other 'pop culture' related articles intermittently. Since then my interest in participating with Wikipedia and the WikiMedia Foundation projects in general has increased, and I now feel this to be one of the most innovative and important developments to human knowledge.
The areas I help in are wide, and usually are triggered by noticing need for improvements in articles, fixing vandalism, or just generally contributing to the overall quality of the project. In this way I suppose I'm a bit of a halfling between a WikiGnome and a WikiOgre perhaps. However I don't see anything which would explain such properly. Hopefully more of the Gnome.
Despite any personal interests or style/languages preferences indicated by user boxes or myself in any other way I work to my best to maintain the proper styles indicated by articles when so indicated, and also to retain an objective and Neutral Point of View at all times and in all editing. This along with the rest of the Trifecta guide my editing. Compromising the integrity of Wikipedia or the principles of the WikiMedia Foundation projects is not worth trying to use Wikipedia or any other local project as a soapbox.

All the information here is a bit rather outdated, and will be updated as time goes on.
Projects I've been focusing on lately have been in the philosophy and H1N1 Pandemic areas, however I will often see various areas which need to be helped with and randomly help out.
Below is a bit of a comical list (in hindsight) of my edits and work. My work has grown since then, or rather I'd like to think so. To keep me accurate on this feel free to browse contributions and mention if I seem to be slacking on maintaining better editing skills than I originally had.
The content below is being kept for historical interest.
