Debbie Taylor is a graduate Fine Art art student of The University of Cumbria and an art curator (2004 - present.) She is new to the world of Wikipedia editing, it's a learning curve and she's happy to be here.

In September 2014 Debbie made her first Wikipedia entry. Her aims and objectives concerning her first and her future Wikipedia entries are to collaborate with others who use Wikipedia to help document contemporary art and living and deceased artists in Cumbria - where she is based, and Scotland, where she also spends a great deal of time. She endeavours to be objective - dealing with facts and, having read the Wikipedia guidelines concerning conflict of interests, [[1]], feels it is important to disclose that she has met and knows and from time to time has worked with some of the Cumbrian-based and Scottish-based artists she intends to write about here on Wikipedia. Debbie writes and edits on Wikipedia on a voluntary basis, and does not receive any financial compensation from any person or organisation for doing so.

Debbie is the co-founder and a company director of Bang Your Drum C.I.C. - a Community Interest Company, Limited by Guarantee. A Community Interest Company is a form of social enterprise.
