As journalist, David founded Sydney's Conservative Weasel, Winter's Harvest, Astro Weasel's Space Club, Unsourced Humor, Sydney Conservative, and Dandenong Conservative

David has run for parliament on three occasions. Each time as an independent conservative with Libertarian leanings. David is a member of the Institute of Public Affairs (IPA) but not a spokesperson or representative. David has applied for membership of the Liberal Party of Australia but was not a member as of the 22nd October 2016.

Ancestors and Relations edit

Son of Samuel Ball (educator). Nephew of Jack Ball, Paul MacMahon. Cousin of Jack Ryder (cricket).

According to DNA, I'm 30% American Indian, which is absurd, but which makes sense if the result was Australian Aboriginal which I understand it can mean. Also 1% Chinese. 1% Polynesian. 33% Jewish. The rest UK and European.
