NAMIBIA and the rest of the world marked world aids against the problems donor pulling plug on AIDS funding.the GF one of the major donors of AIDS treatment and fight against prevention.AIDS all over the world ,so there are measures need to put in an account to reduce this.the GLOBAL FUND will not disburse any fundany more until 2014 this is because donour countries has cut back on the budget.The GLOBAL FUND will not accept funding proposal for round 11 until 2013.ARAS and other lobby groups will held a conference to go in detail and discuss to develop a strategy to come back the western donor to honour their commitmet to the GLOBAL FUND.this is very shocking as if theres no more donours for such a long period people will die at alarming late.So meatings must be held before too late and leave the nation in such bad situation.
