I have made some minor edits to different texts when the errors were glaringly obvious. I am never inclined to edit material written by other hands unless the material is factually untrue. I have edited pages on Pierre Teilhard de Chardin, Thomas Berry, Bento Goes and Antonio Vieira. In one case, the name of the author's book was completely off which made the text unclear, so I made a very minor correction to the text. In another case, one writer attempted to misconstrue a fact. I had to correct it because it was simply, wrong and unfair. In another case, an editor expressed in the discussion page, overt hatred for the wikipedia subject. I made a brief comment that in a wikipedia article, that kind of prejudgement should never enter into the equation. The person later removed the statement from the discussion page.
My edits appear under my two user names, David.Amaral.Rebelo and David.Rebelo.
The Wikipedia articles I have edited have been both in English and in Portuguese.
