Michael McQueen (born January 24, 1982) is an Australian public speaker, author and social researcher. He is best known as the creator of the book Memento: My Life in Stories[1] which was published by Chronicle Books in May 2010. Michael released his first book The 'New' Rules of Engagement in 2007 (Australian edition, self published) later releasing an American edition through Morgan James Publishing.

Michael is the director of The Nexgen Group which provides training and consulting services to organisations globally.

Since 2004 Michael has spoken to over 100,000 people across 4 continents. Michael was recently appointed to the board of the National Speakers Association of Australia.
