The relationship between the editors, User:Dominic and Daniel, is a rather curious one. Many editors view them as friends, enemies, brothers, kinsman, rivals, angels, idiots, the same person or fellow Jedi Masters.
Due to their similar beliefs on issues on Wikipedia, their love of power as shown by the number of rights each hold. (Dominic: oversight, administrator, idiot, checkuser on Wikipedia alone), and Daniel's bureaucrat powers in meta and OTRS wiki, and their rather stubborn streak, it may be believed that these two editors are in fact, the same person. Dominic, the one who holds the most power on Wikipedia and the one with a more rather forceful personality, is assumed to be the puppetmaster, while Daniel, the more controversial and rather more stupid one, is seen as the sockpuppet. However, these two editors share a somewhat disturbing relationship. Dominic believes that Daniel is somewhat inferior to him, while Daniel worships Dominic much akin to how the Egyptians worshipped the Sun God. This is a chronic case of dissociative identity disorder.
There is overwhelming evidence leading to this hypothesis.
