About Me edit

I live in Oakland, California. I teach English as a Second Language and I'm part of the AFT - the American Federation of Teachers. I also work with the Midnight Special Law Collective. I've used wikipedia pages to write a number of one-page stories for my ESL class: Harriet Tubman, Malcolm X, Harvey Milk, and others.

Spirit edit

Many of my contributions to Wikipedia involve adding "flavor" to dry writing. For example, see Springfield, Virginia.
