For example, I would add to the "types" section of the article. This section includes main methods of fortification with examples of them; however, I would go more in depth with the examples.
Is the writing neutral? To an extent. In a way it seems biased making the idea of food fortification as a solution to micronutrient deficiencies.
Does each claim have a citation? yes
Are the citations reliable? yes
What can you add? I think the section regarding the types of food fortifications should go more in depth so I would add to that section.
I would also consider adding to the criticism section. I think the article covers criticism of government-mandated fortification well but does not cover enough of the criticism of food companies. The example of Denmark is good but I would do research and add more examples.
