- keep on with the housekeeping, patrolling RC and NP, to learn what not to do in the process
- build a "workbench", accumulating links and tools to speed up editing (Twinkle comes to mind, I've seen that a few times in edit summaries)
- build a little user page to familiarize myself with layout and formatting tools and techniques
- broaden the scope to copyediting, and generally making cleanup/unref/wikify/etc tags go away
- finally get on with the real, productive editing, maybe in the areas poker and IT.
