The Cycle of Development, commonly known as COD, is a learning tool for the direct sales industry created in 2002. It gives access to libraries with videos and articles submitted by the community to help guide users through the early stages of their sales and office administration careers in the direct sales industry. Currently with 1,804 users, the number of members are growing every day.

In September 2014, the Cycle of Development announced plans to create their first mobile app allowing easier access and usability for all.

Created in 2002 by senior sales executives as a checklist for newcomers to help guide them through the basics of direct sales, it evolved into a series of checklists covering elements from basic sales, leadership skills, team building through to sales management. These checklists were so well received they spread within the sales industry globally. The Administration COD was introduced for administrators working in direct sales shortly afterwards to help guide them through the direct sales office tasks and duties. Over the last year the website has gone through many changes including:
