"Cross I U" represented as the family ranch brand from the 1800's as: +|U. Born and Raised Okie, now Texan (getting back to my roots from the late 1800's). I'm just starting out as a contributor by providing information on the family ranch. I ran across a listing for it as a link from a state listing for national registered historical places [[[1]]] after it was approved in April. I would not have thought of putting the listing of information here, until I found the existing link. Now I want to share more in case there are students trying to study the information of why it made the registry in the first place. So you'll just have to read the listing, tell me if you like it or want more information ther. Add some yourself if you know about the property, or even the special architecture that my great grandfather and family used to shelter the family and ranch hands from heat, snow, wind, rain, wild animals and some of my other ancestors - native American indians.
