He was born as a son of Crimean Tatar doctor family while they were in exile in Ozbekistan’s Bekabad city at 1 January 1966. He got education of dentist but he never done is job. At the young ages he started to business. When he was adult he were controlling a huge company which even includes big sectors as automotive and media and bank. At the beginnig of occupie of Crimea, he was the deputy Prime Minister by the order of Crimean Tatar National Parliament (Qırım Tatar Milli Meclisi). As being one the biggest businessman in Russia, he has been offered to be the man of Russian Goverment and being the Prime Minister of occupied Crimea. But he refesud and as result his all invests in Crimea being blockade by Russian Federation. Since than he refused Russian Federation’s offer and organizing the Blockade of Crimea, he became a hero for his nation.
He lost more than a billion dollar and 2 banks. Now he is on the head of world’s only Crimean Tatar Tv Channel ATR and he is the Vice President of All World Crimean Tatar Congress and the commender of Battalion for Noman Chelebydzyhan.
He is father of two and speaks 6 languages.
