Ross Paul Baber (Born 23rd May 1990) is an aspiring Thatcherite Politician who has been a member of the British Conservative party since November 3 2005. He has intentions to become a Councillor in the Bracknell Forest Borough Council. He is currently a student at Garth Hill sixth form college and is entering his second year.
