Floods in NAMIBIA

Heaviest flood in CENTRAL-NORTHERN Namibia was recorded during March in the year 2011. It has affected the inhabitants in the northern part of the country. The flood was caused by heavy rain that has fallen in Angola through Cuvelai river stream. Around 1200 people has lost their homes. Some bars, shabeens, carwashes, and many businesses and roads were were closed due to the situation of alot of water covered the Oshakati town and surroundings.[1] [2]
