I am a Wikipedia reader and occasional editor. A graduate of UC Berkeley far too long ago, I earned a B.A. in Geography but have found my vocation in computer programming.

For now at least, my contributions to Wikipedia are limited to fixes of obvious grammatical or spelling gaffes, or occasional rephrasings to better achieve a neutral tone in articles.

My interests are varied and I often follow links to learn about tangential topics. As a result, you may see my fixes turning up in many domains. Here are some topics I visit the most: the physical sciences, computer programming, physics, mathematics, various religions, history, mythologies of various traditions, linguistics, philosophy, materials science, popular fiction, and science fiction; as well as East Asian topics of all kinds, particularly those of Korea and Japan.

Since I lack expertise in these areas and I don't feel that I have enough free time to round up sources, I doubt I will be contributing anything beyond simple fixes for some time. But the future is unbounded, so time will tell. I'd love to help make many East Asian articles more clearly readable and free of sometimes opaque biases. Helping to bridge the readability gap in math and sciences[1] is often tempting as well.

I also want to extend thanks to Wikipedia for providing sources for many programming subjects, allowing me to find reference texts that I have used to further my career.
