Album Reviews

"The musical dimension ranges from hard-hitting rock styles to delicately-raked acoustic progressions, sometimes all within the same song. Foo Fighter's "Everlong" and A Perfect Circle's "3 Libras" are pretty good comparison pieces to a great deal of their material..." [1] - Bill Reed (Space City Rock)

"Album open "Calling Shotgun" is one of teh best songs on the alubm; it has just a huge rock sound to it and should be all over the radio. "Regrets" is probably my favorite song on the EP. The remorseful acoustic song is a perfect break in the album and is stripped down to its barest form, another sign that the band will be a home on rock radio. Throughout the EP you can hear echoes of A Perfect Circle, Foo Fighters and S.C.I.E.N.C.E era Incubs."[2] - Matthew Hastie (AntiMusic.com)

"juding from the Moment Theory EP, I can see that this band is very introspective. They have a message for the world and are seeking to put in forth in an intelligible way." "The lyrics would fit perfectly in any poetry book dedicated to self-discovery and life struggles. Add these profound lyrics to the band's hard rock music containg great guitar riffs and hard-hitting drums and you have a perfect combination."[3] - Melissa Minners (G-pop.net)

"Moment Theory works together to craft a cohesive and coherent sound that will sound perfect on any radio station that ends up taking a chance on the band. It is my opinion that as the band is able to garner press that more radio stations will perk up to this emotive brand of rock music. By establishing themselves as an act that can change their general sound up, individuals will be at the edge of their seats not knowing what to expect. I look forward to hearing more from the band."[4] - James McQuiston (www.neufutur.com)

"The Long awaited CD release from Moment Theory is here! Moment Theory is a deep focus hard rock look into the future of modern music; too hauntingly serious to be labeled power pop and too ambitious to be just one hit marvels, Moment Theory has its hands on something exceptional." -THE BRONX TIMES Reporter

"The EP is all over, and instead of being one cohesive work, it seems to be more a compilation. Moment Theory isn’t bad, but it could be so much better. The EP... maybe you can take it or leave it. But keep an ear open for these guys. They’re ok now, but once they find where they’re going and make something unique and cohesive, they’ll be great!"[5] - Stuart Mayberry (Music Reviewer.com)
