Why is Evernote so stoopid (yes, I mean stupid) when it comes to undo? edit

If I create a New Note and paste some text--single line or multiple lines of text in the resulting note undo just doesn't work.

It never deletes a title
Undo (almost) never supports more than one undo--but sometimes I've had it work and it seemed to support a full undo history--although not ever with the Note Title!
