Article Evaluation
Questions 1-3: Everything in the article was directly related to Father Yod and not the Source Family itself. Most information on his and related Wikipedia pages were provided by a "family historian" and had no citations. The article focuses highly on his experimental psychedelic rock band and nothing on the community of the new religious movement itself. There is very little information on the Source family and their health food restaurant. The group's leader's musical pursuits are of far more importance than the movement he set forth.
Questions 4-6: 4. the links on our Father Yod article all work. Yes, for the most part the claims in the article are supported. 5. the sources are neutral and each link bring you to another wiki page, backed with different sources. If there are any bias' they are not noted. 6. there is some information that can be added, but for the most part all of it is up to date. WORKING IN GROUPS
Questions 7-9: 7. On the talk page of the article, there are three conversations. The topics are about grammar and accusations of bias in the article. There are no talks about sources or any further plans to continue the article. 8. This article does not seem to have a rating. It is apart of six wiki projects, all of which are classes. IT IS RATED START CLASS - WHICH MEANS THAT IT NEEDS WORK. 9. Mark Alvarez: In my experience, group work has always been a hassle. If one person forgets to add their piece of the puzzle, the whole project can fall a part. Contacting people who do not do their work is worse, as I have to track them down and strong-arm them into doing their work. Usually I end up doing the lion’s share of work in group projects. My fear is that my grade rests in someone else’s hand and that I cannot control that. One tip is to have all members of the group accountable for each other, so everyone does what they have to do.

Maybe we can add a few more details about Father Yod himself. The wiki page we found was mainly about The Source Family as a whole. But not just Father Yod.

Overview: The Source Family was a New Religious Movement that originated in Southern California during the Summer of Love in the 1960’s. The movement itself grew out of Father Yod’s Source Family Restaurant that focused on local vegan and organic produce and healthy living. Father Yod, also known as Ya Ho Wha, was born Jim Baker in Cincinnati in 1922. Baker, an ex Marine, was heavily influenced by the teachings of Yogi Bhajan and the astrological age of Aquarius. The Family practiced communal living in Southern California and later in San Francisco, then Hawaii.

born James Edward Baker (July 4, 1922 – August 25, 1975), was the American owner of one of the country's first health food restaurants, on the Sunset Strip in Los Angeles. He founded a spiritual commune in the Hollywood Hills known as the Source Family. He was also lead singer of the commune's experimental psychedelic rock band, Ya Ho Wha 13. End of the Commune: During his final years, Father Yod expressed his unwillingness for his Family to continue living a life of poverty and no security. Yod decided on August 25th, 1975 what the Source Family refers to as “Black Monday,” that he would go hang gliding off of Makapu’u cliff in Hilo, Hawaii even though he had no hang gliding experience. This resulted in his eventual death due to injuries sustained during a crash landing on a nearby beach. The family did not believe modern medicine but, rather they believed the body needed three days of vigil to experience the journey of death. Yod’s back was broken for days before he passed. After his death, the family moved out of their mansion to the Hilo Country Club. Without a their leader, the family began to dissipate over time. None of their other ventures were as successful as their ventures with Father Yod.
