American singer-songwriter JoJo has released four studio albums, two mixtapes, three extended play (EP), eighteen singles (including five as a featured artist), fifteen promotional singles and 33 music video's (including four unreleased). JoJo has sold more than seven million albums worldwide,[1] and has sold over 2.1 million albums and four million digital downloads in the United States alone.[2][3] After JoJo competed on the television show America's Most Talented Kids she signed a seven-album record deal with Blackground Records in 2003 and released her eponymous debut album the following year at the age of 13.

In the United States, JoJo was released on June 22, 2004; which peaked at number four on the US Billboard 200, while charting into the top 40 on several other music markets. It was later certified platinum in the United States and Canada and gold in Germany and the United Kingdom. The album's lead single, "Leave (Get Out)" (2004) peaked at number twelve on the US Billboard Hot 100 and was certified Gold by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA). The single peaked at number one on Billboard Mainstream Top 40 for five weeks making JoJo, at age 13, the youngest solo artist to ever have a number-one single on that chart. Internationally, the single charted within the top five in the UK and nine other countries. The album's second single "Baby It's You" (2004) featuring Bow Wow peaked at number 22 on the US Billboard Hot 100, while the album's final single "Not That Kinda Girl" (2005) was released internationally only. JoJo sold three million copies worldwide to date.

JoJo released her second studio album, The High Road, on October 17, 2006. The album peaked at number three on the Billboard 200 and was certified gold in the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom . The album's lead single, "Too Little Too Late" (2006), became a top five hit on the Billboard Hot 100. The song broke Mariah Carey's record for the biggest jump into the top three entry on the chart when it moved from number sixty-six to number three. "Too Little Too Late" also reached the top ten in the UK and nine other countries. The album also generated the singles "How to Touch a Girl" (2006) and "Anything" (2007), the latter contains a sample from Toto's 1982 song "Africa". The single reached the top 40 of the UK Singles Chart for three weeks and charted on the Billboard Mainstream Top 40 at number thirty eight. The High Road sold three million copies worldwide.

Record label disputes prevented JoJo from commercially releasing her third studio album with All I Want Is Everything (2009) and Jumping Trains (2011) remaining unreleased along with several others unnamed.[4] JoJo's first mixtape, Can't Take That Away from Me, was released on September 7, 2010. It was preceded by the single "In The Dark" (2010).[5] Standalone singles "Disaster" (2011) and "Demonstrate" (2012) were released during the interim.[6] JoJo's second mixtape, Agápē, was released on December 20, 2012. The mixtape produced three singles, "We Get By" (2012), "André" (2012) and "Thinking Out Loud" (2014).[7][8] Following her contractual release from Blackground, JoJo signed with Atlantic Records in December 2013 and released her extended play #LoveJo (2014) which included cover songs of Atlantic-affiliated artists Anita Baker and Phil Collins. JoJo's first commercial release in four years III. was released on August 21, 2014, which produced the singles "When Love Hurts" (2015), "Say Love" (2015) and "Save My Soul" (2016). Her third EP #LoveJo2 was released on December 18, 2015.

JoJo's third studio album, Mad Love. was released on October 14, 2016, ten years after her last commercially released album and peaked at number six on the Billboard 200. The albums lead single "Fuck Apologies", featuring Wiz Khalifa became a moderate success charting on the U.S. Billboards Pop Digital Songs chart, peaking at number forty. It became JoJo's first charting single in the UK since 2007's "Anything" peaking at number one-hundred and four on the singles chart and number eighteen on the UK R&B Singles Chart. "FAB." featuring Remy Ma served as the albums second single. On December 21, 2018, JoJo released re-recorded versions of JoJo and The High Road after the originals were removed from online platforms due to legal issues.[9]

In 2020, JoJo released her fourth studio album Good to Know. It debuted at number three on the Billboard 200 with 108,000 album-equivalent units, which included 28,000 pure album sales in its first week. Internationally it debuted in the top 10 in Australia and the UK. The albums lead single "Man" was released on March 13, 2020.

American singer-rapper Chris Brown has released nine studio albums, nine mixtapes, one hundred and sixty-one singles (including one hundred and nine as a featured artist) and nineteen promotional singles. According to Billboard, Brown has the eighth most Hot 100 entries on the chart with 99.[10] As of November 2019, he has achieved 48 top 40 entries on the Hot 100 and 15 top 10 entries.[11] Brown is the singer with the fifth-most consecutive weeks on the Hot 100 chart (161 weeks).[12] According to the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA), he is the seventh-best-selling digital single artist in the United States with sales of 69.5 million.[13]

Brown's self-titled debut album, Chris Brown was released on November 29, 2005; which reached at number 2 on the US Billboard 200, while charting into the top 10 on the several other music markets. It was later certified double platinum in the United States, and gold in Australia, Canada and the United Kingdom. The album's lead single, "Run It!" featuring Juelz Santana, peaked at number one on the US Billboard Hot 100, spending a month atop the chart. Internationally, the single charted at the top or in the top ten of several charts. Chris Brown also included the US top ten singles: "Yo (Excuse Me Miss)" and "Say Goodbye"; as well as the US R&B top 5 singles: "Gimme That" featuring Lil Wayne, and "Poppin'".

Brown released his second album, Exclusive on November 6, 2007. It followed in the steps of its predecessor, reaching the top ten into the several countries. Exclusive was certified double platinum in the United States and Australia, and platinum in the United Kingdom. The album also generated the singles "Kiss Kiss" featuring T-Pain, "With You" and "Forever". In addition, it contained the top five US R&B singles: "Take You Down", and "Superhuman" featuring Keri Hilson;, which this song has reached the top 30 into several countries. The album also included the single "Wall to Wall". On December 4, 2009, Brown released his third album Graffiti; which peaked into the top 10 on the US Billboard 200. It preceded the album with the release of the lead single, "I Can Transform Ya" featuring Lil Wayne and Swizz Beatz; which the song peaked within the top 20 on several countries. "Crawl" was also released as the second single from the album.

Brown released his fourth studio album F.A.M.E. on March 18, 2011; which became his first album to reach the number one on the US Billboard 200. It was certified gold in the United States, Australia and Ireland. Its lead single, "Yeah 3x" has reached the top 10 into several countries. The album's second single, "Look at Me Now" featuring Lil Wayne and Busta Rhymes; which became Brown's first top 10 single on the Billboard Hot 100 since 2008. F.A.M.E. has also spawned four other singles: "Beautiful People" featuring Benny Benassi, "She Ain't You", "Next to You" featuring Justin Bieber, and "Wet the Bed" featuring Ludacris. With only a mixtape cut of the single, "Deuces" featuring Tyga and Kevin McCall; has charted the top 20 on the Billboard Hot 100, and became Brown's first number one on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart since 2006. Brown released his fifth studio album, Fortune on June 29, 2012; which became his second number one album on the US Billboard 200. The album also spawned the US top 10 singles: "Turn Up the Music" and "Don't Wake Me Up".

Brown's sixth studio album, X was released on September 16, 2014, and was preceded by five singles: The lead single, "Fine China", reached the top ten in Australia, and was later certified gold by the Australian Recording Industry Association (ARIA). "Don't Think They Know" was released as the second single from the album, featuring the previously-unreleased vocals from a late Aaliyah. The third single, "Love More" featuring Nicki Minaj; which reached the top 10 in Australia, being certified gold by the ARIA. "Loyal" featuring Lil Wayne was the highest charting single from the album, giving Brown his first top 10 single on the Billboard Hot 100 since "Don't Wake Me Up". "Loyal" has been certified 7x platinum by the RIAA. The fifth and final single from X, titled "New Flame" featuring Usher and Rick Ross.

After releasing the mixtape Fan of a Fan together in 2010, Brown and rapper Tyga released a collaborative album in 2015, each artist's first, titled Fan of a Fan: The Album. The album reached number 7 on the Billboard 200, becoming his joint-lowest charting album since Graffiti. Fan of a Fan: The Album has spawned the single "Ayo"; which was a commercial success in the United Kingdom, peaking at number 6 on the UK Singles Chart, and later being certified gold by the BPI.

Brown's seventh studio album, Royalty was released on December 18, 2015, and was preceded by four singles: "Liquor", which subsequently peaked at number 60 on the Billboard Hot 100. It was followed by two more singles: "Zero" and "Back to Sleep". The former peaked at number 80 on the Billboard Hot 100, and the latter debuted at number 20. "Fine by Me", was released as the album's fourth and final single on November 27, 2015. In 2016, Royalty was certified gold by the RIAA.

In 2017, Brown released his eighth studio album, Heartbreak on a Full Moon. It debuted at number three on the Billboard 200, and in the top 10 in Australia and the UK. Eight days after its release, it was certified Platinum by the RIAA for combined sales and album-equivalent units of over 1,000,000 units in the United States (in this case, 500,000 double album sets, which are double-counted by the RIAA).

His ninth studio album Indigo was released in 2019 and debuted at number 1 on the US Billboard 200 with 108,000 album-equivalent units, which included 28,000 pure album sales in its first week. The album is his third number-one album in the country, and included singles: "Undecided", "Back to Love", "Wobble Up", featuring Nicki Minaj and G-Eazy, "No Guidance", featuring Drake, "Heat", featuring Gunna and "Don't Check on Me", featuring Justin Bieber and Ink.[14]
