Clark A. Williams is an American politician from California, currently serving on the Board of the Santa Clara County Open Space Authority, representing District 6. Elected to the Board in 2010, he represents a large area of San Jose, including the downtown and east side neighborhoods. Williams is the former Chair of the San Jose Appeals Hearing Board.
A social worker, he serves as the Board Chair of the Silicon Valley Council of Nonprofits (SVCN), Vice Chair of the Santa Clara County Democratic Party and Vice Chair of the LGBT Caucus of the California Democratic Party.
