In 1964 I was recruited by The Prudential Insurance Company to work for them in St. Petersburg Florida to sell Life Health and Disability insurance. In 1966 I was honored by the Titans of the company because I was in the top 5% of agents who collected the most money that year. After years of marketing aircraft and selling pilot’s education in Ft Lauderdale I was recruited to be the national sales manager for an international floor covering Firm in NYC. Having known the pioneer and the owner of the first truck mounted carpet cleaning factory in Florida who cleaned show rooms, hotels and was able to remove large amounts of flood damage water from floor coverings I ordered one to be custom built and delivered to my NY office where we were the first company ever to be able to provide insurance companies with emergency services. This enterprise Service King of Queens grew from 3 to 28 full time staff over time. In 1980 I created The DISASTER MASTERS® and by 1988 my staff and I had recovered over 13,000 insurance claimant’s property. In 1988 I became weary of how the GRIEF INDUSTRY (Insurance companies) treats its insured’s and based on my one on one experience on both sides of the fence I authored my first book. The CRIME of the CENTURY INSURANCE and sold over 10,000 copies of that book to libraries across North America, Later on I wrote How to Win the Insurance Claim Game, and then Auto Insurance Tricks and Repair Rip offs after attending the executive I-CAR restoration classes at Mercedes Benz of North America. I call myself a Claim Expert because I am one by experience of f13,000 projects, hundreds of hours in restoration schools, classes and until my partner Tom Millington died of a brain tumor we had taught several hundred contractors how to do business with insurance companies and get insurance related assignments. Since day one in the GRIEF INDUSTRY I have wondered why Risk Financing has never been a subject in any school or college in America.

I had always known that a consumer did not have a chance to challenge a trained insurance Agent in a meeting due to consumer’s ignorance and intimidation techniques that are taught to insurance Agents for them to produce income.

The Grief Industry is wrought with fraud and conflicts of interest from end to end. Until consumers have the opportunity to learn the facts and obtain information from The QUALITY INFORMATION Institute instead of The Insurance Information Institute consumers will continue to get screwed and Warren Buffett the owner of GEICO will continue to spend over a billion dollars each year to steal away customers from Risk financiers who do a better job of taking care of victims at a better cost of lost time, aggravation and downright GRIEF in the insurance claim process.

So .. Do I qualify as a Claim Expert? Tell me if you can find someone who is better qualified than Iam when it comes to any claim other than medical.
