As Christof Bucherer, MDiv

grown up in Rüschlikon, I now live in Urtenen-Schönbühl, Switzerland. I was born 4th of April 1953 and am the son of Wilhelmine Bucherer[1] and Roland von Bohr.[2] I trained to be an organ builder at Orgelbau Kuhn from 1969-1973[3] in Männedorf.

After my apprenticeship I worked in this company for a few month before having to go to the military (but due to back problems, I was sent home again - and I had no job, so, I decided to get further education, went back to school again at a private School in Lucerne and after two semesters, found work at the organ company Neidhardt&Lodth, later called Manufacture d'Orgues St-Martin[4] for nine month, after which I wanted to learn English in London, at a school called "Abbey Missionary School for the English Language", now found under Abbey Christian School.

To cut it short, I became missionary with SIM[5] in Ghana, Africa. After a few years of Bible College training e.g. (in short): "sbt Beatenberg"[6] and All Nations Christian College, I had my own business in Urtenen-Schönbühl from 1986 onward and also had the time (besides my family, married, with six children) to earn two further degrees, with the financial help of my mother, the University of Bern and Luther Rice College & Seminary,[7] which culminated in my Master of Divinity-degree in 2001, recognized by TRACS[8] and herewith by the United States Department of Education. 1993 I also could pass the test for the Swiss Piano Technicians Guild "SVKS"[9] which is closely related to the musical instruments builders Switzerland[10][11] (Musikintrumentenbauer - which in Switzerland are called: organ pipe builders, organ builders, piano builders (or more common in the French part of Switzerland and in English are called: "piano technicians"), brass instrument builders. So, therefore, I am in the members list of the piano technicians guild of Switzerland.[12]

Since spring of this year I am retired and moved to a smaller location at Lyssstrasse 10 in Urtenen-Schönbühl. I am interested in organ music, piano music, music in general, internet and theology.

In YouTube I have a remarkable Playlist,[13] of which Wikipedia already is making good use! Especially the linklist on Bach gives me much joy! Or I like to listen to a concert of the huge organ of the Great Cathedral Organ (Grossmünster-Orgel) of Zurich, by Hans Vollenweider (Zentralbibliothek Zurich),[14] who was organist there and had taught me how to play the organ![15] Christof Bucherer (talk) 18:19, 4 October 2016 (UTC), MDiv

Setteling Questions edit

I have not been consulted for not creating following pages: deleting Mathis_Orgelbau

2. Speedy_deletion_nomination_of_The_Decisive_Hour_of_Christian_Missions - I never tried to create a page of such kind! I would not even have thought of such a title! Please check in your archives and which name or no. it has been created! - and prove me, if it was me! If not, please excuse yourselves! Thanks!

I have to write here, because, it seems, that my queries found no response at all!

State Church Minister defends Free Churches in Switzerland from not being a sect (or cult) edit

Swiss State Church minister defends Free Churches from being a sect (or cult): (this is, as I said, the general feeling over here - we as Evangelicals have hardly any rights! The current issue of Swiss Evangelical Alliance has in its middle part two pages full of areas where Christians in the world are persecuted, and the internet is international, so persecution is in the internet as well! There are many State Church minister who are unbelieving pastors and just do the job because of double or threefold salary of the ordinary people and Free Church pastors) --Christof Bucherer (talk) 01:40, 8 November 2016 (UTC)
