My name is Christian, I am currently 16 years old and am a junior in high school at Marysville Getchell, but I partake in running start at Everett Community College. I enjoy working out and playing a few sports, my current favorite sport is Basketball, but I also enjoy running once in a while.

Article Review edit
I visited the Marysville Getchell High School page on Wikipedia, and found three aspects of it worth commenting on: lack of information of the school, some of the information of the school is outdated, and it's lack of citations.
Information of the school edit
What is very distinguishable about Marysville Getchell is that it has 4 schools in one school, 4 different SLCs. What I notice on the page is it's lack of information about the 4 different schools which have separate subject focuses, for example: ACE/ Academy of Construction and Engineering is an SLC people would choose who would want to pursue the path of engineering or construction with its own kind of wood shop class. It also has no mention of any clubs the school contains, and has no mention of anything relating to sports.
Outdated Information edit
On the wikipedia page, it shows the enrollment of the school from 2011, we are currently in 2017 and there has been no update to how many students are in attendance to the high school. Also another important thing is in the very first paragraph it talks about how each of the SLCs contain their own principal, but just this school year that has changed, and now the whole getchell campus currently has one principal instead of the 4 separate ones, it does show this in the side overview, but the first paragraph may mislead you.
Citations and links edit
Throughout the whole article, there are only about 9 references used throughout, and the most recent reference the page uses is from 2013. Also the external links has a link that says "School website" but when clicked it just brings you to the same one as the "School District webpage", instead they should have the 4 different SLCs as the external links. These links are also in the side overview but not in the article itself.
Conclusion edit
In conclusion I would say that the page is not very helpful. There is not very much information about the school itself, so it may be difficult to try and understand the school with the pages current state. I also feel the topic "Design and green features" is a very nice touch to the article only if there were more information about the school itself. Really needs to add the Clubs, activities, as well as our athletics.
