Honda Owners Club (GB)

The Honda Owners Club (GB) was formed in 1961 by a group of owners of the Japanese motorcycle Honda. The club is entirely run by volunteers and not by Honda (UK). It will in 2011, celebrate it's 50th anniversary and is, as such, the oldest single Japanese make motorcycle club in Great Britain. The club currently boasts 30 [1] branches situated around the British Isles including the Isle of Man. The club caters for owners of machines of all capacities and provides a fun, social atmosphere, therefore attracting many joint and family members. Branches organise ride outs and social events for their members and some organise weekend rallies where members from other branches are welcome to join in the fun. The highlight of the rally season is the National, which held in September, normally attracts over 200 attendees.

The club publishes a quarterly magazine "Golden Wing" to it's members. The magazine contains branch reports, editorial features, event information and details of suppliers who offer discounts to club members. The club also features an on line forum which attracts contributors from around the world.
