Tsuivan (Mongolian: Цуйван, ᠴᠤᠶᠢᠪᠢᠩ) is a Mongolian noodle dish. It is most commonly prepared by stir-frying meat and vegetables, over which hand-made noodles are steamed.

The name is derived from the northern Chinese dish chaobing.
