Project requests template edit

PM = Project member

Procedure edit

  1. Someone places a request (parameters 1,2,3)
  2. A PM takes on the request and decides if it is to be declined or accepted (parameters 4,5 or if declined 4,5,6,7,8) - The working template should be added
  3. If an FA nom or review the request should be on the FA list (param 4)
  4. Completed requests to be added to the archive (params 6,7) - also see archiving below

Parameters edit

  1. Nomination date (Nominator)
  2. Article name (Nominator)
  3. Nominator (Nominator signature)
  4. For= 0 general request/1 GA candidate/2 FA candidate (PM)
  5. GM signature (PM taking on the ce)
  6. outcome date (PM)
  7. outcome= 0 undecided/1 completed/2 declined/3 withdrawn (PM)
  8. declined reason (dependent on outcome, only present if outcome=2)
Additional
  • 0 undecided - when first set up the parameter should be set to 0 until the GM decides what the outcome is to be.
  • 1 declined - when selected a reason should be given as text
Symbols
  • When the PM signature is filled the symbol should be   Working
  • When outcome=1 the symbol should be   Done
  • When outcome=2 or 3 the symbol should be  N

Archiving edit

  • Request deleted from the requests page.
  • Archive page updated with full params
