I mostly edit and manage the Mammals wikipedia page and recently started Ruth Ungar's, Michael J. Merenda, Jr.'s and Tao Rodríguez-Seeger's wikipedia pages.

I also correct information on food science and chemistry if I see it. I started the John E Hodge page as he is an important Maillard chemist. The Maillard reaction is my major research interest.
