Purpose

Because I hate it when people do stupid things at the RefDesk.

What are the no-nos?

• Don't write in caps lock mode/all capital letters.
• Do your own homework
• Don't double post
• Don't list your e-mail address

How can we fix this stuff?

Of course, leave it to Cernen to solve everything with a subst'd template. Here are four templates that YOU, as a reference desk "employee," can use to fight the tyrrany of people who don't read the rules.
