Passion killing in Namibia
editPassion killing is becoming popular in Namibia nawadays,Always you can hear shocking and bad incidents happened of Violance among people who are supposed to be lovers and they will turn to be enemies.Some of the incidents of passion killing in Namibia are rape,baby dumping,corruption,drug abuse and alcohol.[1] In recent years there have been numerous cases of men killing women due to cheating.A solution need to be taken into consideration where some men pretend to love their women but later cheat on them with some body they truly love,even without considering all the good things women might have sacrified for the men but they do not embark to killing their men as a form of problem solving.[2]
Moreover,the blame should also be directed in women,as some women date or marry men under false or wrong intentions and not because of love,This is just plain inhumane,Most women should further stop taking short cuts in life by using men for all sorts of support just to later cheat on them behind their backs.A tentative recommendation is that the government and private sector need to act by conducting an in depth research to determine what exactly is the cause of passion killing with the concrete of advising an appropriate strategy before the problem gets worse. To conclude though it appears that there is no one fixed solution for passion killing for now,as human with dignity respect and love in our country we men need to attempt to stop killing our women and advise those men who are having relationship problems to be open to others and share their problems with others but not to keep it to themselves,because they can not solve it on their own and this can lead to taking a decision of killing.[3]
