The Momofuku (lucky peach in Japanese) restaurants include Momofuku Ko, Momofuku Ssäm Bar and Momofuku Noodle Bar. David Chang is the executive chef and owner of all three. They are known for their use of a variety of pork products and a fusion of odd ingredients with classical technique.
