About Me edit
Hello there. I grew up in rural Saskatchewan communities, went to university in Ontario for Materials Science and Metallurgical Engineering, was employed in Northern Ontario, and now live in Toronto, Ontario. I do the occasional random edit or fact check when going through articles on Wikipedia if there is something that I can contribute from my knowledge or library.
As a dedicated amateur photographer, I've taken many images in my travels around North America, Europe, and Australia. Starting in late 2012 I am releasing some of those images to the public domain for wiki use. You can see the list of my available Creative Commons-licensed images here at Wikimedia.
Please note that ONLY the images I have specifically uploaded at Wikimedia Commons are available for wiki use. Images I have uploaded to other websites, including but not limited to DeviantArt, Facebook, and Flickr, are not available for licensed use unless explicitly stated in the specific associated image description or unless the image upload process included a waiver specific to the website's publishing organization (ie, "community" images uploaded to a news organization website like CBC News). If you wish to utilise one of my images that is not available on Wikimedia Commons, please contact me and we can discuss options for an alternative arrangement.
